MHEWC possesses extensive experience in local government systems, local climate governance, and National Disaster Management Organization (NDMO)–led disaster risk governance frameworks. Our technical expertise includes climate and multi-hazard risk assessments for sectoral departments; development of risk databases and GIS-based repositories; and the design of risk-informed planning, budgeting, and decision-support systems for climate- and multi-hazard vulnerable sectors. Through these capabilities, we deliver a comprehensive suite of risk-informed local development interventions.
